- Freda has been hosting lots of events.

Occupancy
- 4096 in UUtopia and 2048 in Alcott available.
- Very good occupancy
- Z will run the numbers for next month. Decide if rents need to be adjusted.
- The board is generally happy with the improvements to the appearance of UUtopia over the last year.
New Business:
- Z will invite everyone in the LG to the FUUCSL.org google apps account, so that we can easily share docs.
- A field trip to the new Library is organized for after the meeting.
